Turkey Bowling

On Friday we celebrated Thanksgiving with the rest of our family. This Thanksgiving dinner was perhaps the most important to me...Of course, it was important that we spend time with our family, but I was also pretty stoked about the awesome leftovers we also had! They were INCREDIBLE! (And they still are...)

It always makes me laugh...We will spend hours cooking, and then less than 30 minutes eating! And marking with tradition, we had finished eating and were playing Wii in less than an hour.Yet, as we were bowling on the Wii, we had the bright idea to actually go bowling! (According to G this is because he is too good at Wii bowling and he needed to "get good" at real bowling too!)
G showing us his shoes...This was when we realized that this was the first time that G had ever really been bowling!Ballerina really wanted to pick up the balls!Papa lent a hand in the ball choice...It was a really good time by all! It was joyous to spend fun times with everyone! I do not think we could have had a better Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Part II

Gigi and K-Dan took us all to Austin to spend Thanksgiving day...

Granted, we were supposedly there for the A&M v. UT game; however, truth be known, I was there for other reasons! One, to see Kason and the famous Fightin' Texas Aggie Band, and two, to see Cambrey and her little ones. The way I figured, it was good that we were not just there to see the football game because I would have bee sorely disappointed.

I was glad to be in Austin for Thanksgiving because as we shared our meal at Justin's house (long story), I realized just how much I truly have for which to be thankful...

And, while we waited on that Aggie Band, I captured just some of the moments for which I give great thanks!

Finally...the band!I think he sees us!
More Thanksgiving is still yet to come...we have yet to celebrate with the rest of our family!
