Gobble, Gobble!

Turkey day parties at school are always quite fun, but being able to have your cousins and aunt with you...Well, that makes them twice as fun! And, just so you know, Ballerina is thankful for her purse...See the red feather on the far left...G's class gobbled down some good eats...And had some pretty interesting face paint!
Then we were off to Mommy and Daddy's school for the Faculty v. Student volleyball game!More Gobble, gobble to come!

Oh So Pretty!

This is what aunts do with nieces when they come to visit....
Oh, she was so proud...and felt oh, so pretty!

The Newest Member of the Coker Family

Please welcome the newest member of the Coker family......meet Roxanne!
We found our new 8 month old puppy at mine and Eric's school. She just wandered up there one morning, and without the long story, three days later she was ours! Yippie!
Ballerina is just now getting used to her, but the rest of the kids and Daddy are in love!
And, Roxy loves the water!

Movin' On Up!

And they are now proud homeowners!Nothing like a Eric's special spaghetti and Cold Duck celebration!Congratulations Justin and Lauren!
(I am also glad that KK weighed his options and decided to join us all for the event!)

Step Off On Hullabaloo!

So, we attend a lot of pre-game stuff on Aggie game days, but it is not often that we take the kids into a game. It simply talks too much for us to take the family into a game!

However, it would simply be wrong for us to go a season and not take Grayson Kyle into Kyle Field (his namesake) for an Aggie game! So, Mommy and Daddy took him...
And, he had the best time!
He cheered on his Aggies,
got uptight when he felt they should be doing more,
and yelled for them until he lost his voice!
However, his favorite part (as well as Mommy and Daddy's) was watching Uncle Kason in the Aggie Band! Gig'em Aggies!

Before Baylor

Have I ever said how much I love Aggie athletics? Yes, I am nondiscriminatory...I love any and every sport! However, Aggie football brings me the greatest joy! There is just something about the craziness of the day that thrills me!

I dated a guy in college that transfered from t.u. to A&M his sophomore year and frogged into the Corps of Cadets. One of my favorite stories about him is when he would describe his first March-In as an Aggie: "Man, I knew we had to line up and walk over to Kyle Field, but I was shocked that I was in a parade!"

It makes me laugh because I get stoked/siked up for each Aggie home game as if I was going to a different parade each time!

Then you throw in awesome tailgates, incredible family, amazing friends and an Aggie win...Well, it just does not get much better than that in my world! ...Even when it is raining!...

What an incredibly chipper group! There is NOTHING more delightful than trying to get the 4 of them to take a decent picture together. It is such a joyous event.
Just one more Aggie home game in 2009...one more performance on Kyle field for the class of 2010 (darn I am old)...and one more joyous parade day until 2010! Whoop!
