G had his first sing-a-long this past Friday. It delighted me that I was able to work my schedule so that I was able to be there. (That is really hard to do on a Friday morning when we are 10 subs short at school!)
Not only was it his it sing-a-long day, but it was also birthday celebration day for him at school!
See his birthday sticker? Could he be any more proud? Doubt it.
Oh, so it was a sing-a-long through the decades, and kindergarten was the 50's. However, I was a little unsure about what boys wore in the 50's so we made phone calls to his grandparents for some clarification! Thanks Gigi and K-Dan! We are so glad you were alive then! ha! 
While the highlight of the morning for me was seeing G's face when he walked into the gym, the highlight for G was seeing his principal kiss a pig! He thought his was the finniest thing he had ever seen! (And so you know...She was dressed for the 80's...Nope, she does not always have this much style! Ha!)Better run! We are about to leave for Ren fest to finish G's big celebration weekend.
