I just felt the need to say that it is 10 'til midnight, and despite the fact that Ballerina was put in bed over 3 hours ago, she is STILL awake!
For the last 15 minutes she has screamed, "Mommy, I wanna a dink! I wanna a dink!"
Oh, but she has just now moved on to, "Baaaaby! Baaaaby! Mommy baaaaby!"
She has also thrown all of her blankets on the floor, her pillow on her dresser, and the teddy bear on the window. Two pictures have been removed from the wall, the corner of the sheet is off the bed and I have heard at least two pacifiers it something that sounded like glass. I think it might be the window they are hitting. I know there were at least 7 of them in the bed...and I know at least one of them must of hit G because he grunted, "Uhhhhh, Ballerina! Uhhhhhh!"
For the first hour G told her to "HUSH, Ballerina! Hush!" His tone was becoming increasingly ticked-off, and I really think being nailed with a pacifier was his last straw! (If I were her I would be nicer to him! He is currently sleeping with a blanket I am pretty sure he peed on last night and was not washed today. We all know it would not be out of his character to take that blanket and just chunk it at her!) I know you are think I am a horrible mother, but a few minutes ago I heard him say, "SHUT..." and then I could not decipher over the Dog Whisper if he said "up," but...I could not blame him!
She is still screaming..."baaaaaaby!"
I think I am going to take a shower.
Oh, Ballerina, you are SO growing up!
UPDATE!
So, this morning G come into the bedroom while we were still in bed and says, "Mommy, I had bad dreams last night that Ballerina was shooting me with things."
Me: "I do not think that was a a bad dream, G! I think it was real."
G:"It was a NIGHTMARE!"
I guess having things thrown at your for REAL is a nightmare!

THIS is one of the reasons why being an Aunt is so great...You can LEAVE them with their Mommy at times like this! *wink*
Okay, seriously, hope she goes to sleep soon for the sake of your sanity and poor G!
