Holiday Hoopes

I cannot believe that we are about to start conference play, and tonight was the first time we had attended a men's or woman's Aggie game this season! What is wrong with us? It is as if we have been really busy or something! However, not supporting our favorite teams until well into the season...unacceptable!

Good thing Papa Randy and Emily saved us by making sure we attended the Holiday Hoops double-header tonight! Of course, like always, we had a stellar time and our teams played spectacular! Yet, there were some new happenings during this game that require some commentary...The first was G's concern with the Aggie Dance Team...As they lined up to perform during the women's' game, G leans over ans whispers to me, "Mommy, why are all of those girls right there naked?"

"Naked?" I said!

"Yea, none of them have a shirt on!" he said embarrassed. I just did not know what to even say! By now he was mesmerized by them as they began to walk on the court...

"Oh no Mommy, they are going to dance naked!"

I deflected to Daddy...This was as he watched the naked dancers!

Okay, so most of you probably know my now that we will never be parents of the year. Maybe worst parents of the year, but not the superstars! So, it will not surprise you to learn that we did not stop our 18-month-old from eating not 1 but 2 giant buckets of the choke-hazard called popcorn! Oh, and she REALLY liked it. Perhaps I should say she really LOVED it! She literally screamed when I pried it from her clenches when we decided to leave!
I just thought this picture was funny...It is sick, I know, but I find amusement in the fact that sometimes the kids really annoy my husband! They were pinching and pulling his hair! Ha! Thank you Randy and Emily for a fun-filled evening!
